Equipment condition and maintenance interruption has a severe impact on the efficiency of the operation. These factors influence the profitability of a company in most cases.

EAM 365 offers an end-to-end solution that is completely integrated with Dynamics 365, has a simple user interface and is mobile-enabled, therefore helping to improve equipment lifetime and performance by optimizing periodic maintenance and requests for internal maintenance as well as repairs.

It keeps track of real-time information of your business’ day to day activities thereby reducing risks and costs and increasing your business value. It gives you direct access to all the data required concerning equipment, resources, warrants and logistics. The product can be easily customized from large scale to SME industries.

  • You can manage the maintenance of all the equipment installed in the organization.
  • Due to timely maintenance, up-time of equipment is increased.
  • Generate preventive and ad-hoc work orders for equipment servicing.
  • Control repair cost and improve maintenance.
  • Operational performance and efficiency is improved.
  • Gain complete control over your installed equipment from an operational and financial perspective.
  • First-time fix percentage and workforce productivity is increased.
  • Allows you to identify your work order priorities

  • Allows you to maintain a multi-level equipment structure and store information like equipment type, serial number, warranty and cost center, department or other financial dimensions to which maintenance expenses should be posted. You can link your equipment to fixed assets so as to track asset depreciation. You can track usage of equipment and its condition parameters (ex. running Kms/hrs, tyre pressure, motor/engine temperature, ambient temperature etc.) by defining equipment property sheets. Integrating IOT allows direct data input using the sensors attached to equipment.
  • Allows you to create maintenance schedules and equipment usage thresholds (time when maintenance activities should be triggered). Templates can be created for different equipment categories so that schedules can be easily attached to new equipment. It also allows you to generate planned orders for upcoming maintenance and plan and maintain inspection schedules.
  • Auto-generates maintenance requests when equipment usage exceeds preventative maintenance schedule and sends out alerts when equipment usage approaches maintenance threshold. Allows you to generate work orders for adhoc repairs as well as preventive maintenance, monitor progress of open work orders and gives you an option to add multiple tasks to a single work order. You can also create templates for standard hours and spare parts.
  • Using the mobile app, you can track inspections, manually log equipment usage and be able to indicate any equipment issues or maintenance requests by operators and breakdowns.
  • Integrated with Dynamics 365 for Budgeting and for Finance and Operations, you can create and maintain purchase requisitions and orders for upcoming maintenance, assign assets/equipment to projects and manage vendor sub-contracting of work order tasks.
  • Use analytics to display breakdown cases over time and usage and evaluate probability of equipment breakdown based on equipment handling history and track average time between failures as KPI.
  • You will be able to attach and follow resources and technicians to maintenance/planned orders and get a graphical view of resource allocation. Assign technicians based on their skill sets and availability which can be checked in the technician calendar that is integrated with leave requests/employee calendar to ensure availability. Track their hours spent on tasks by using cost calculation and productivity analysis. Directly create purchase orders/requisitions by tracking current and upcoming spares/consumables requirements
