  • Allows you to maintain a multi-level equipment structure and store information like equipment type, serial number, warranty and cost center, department or other financial dimensions to which maintenance expenses should be posted. You can link your equipment to fixed assets so as to track asset depreciation. You can track usage of equipment and its condition parameters (ex. running Kms/hrs, tyre pressure, motor/engine temperature, ambient temperature etc.) by defining equipment property sheets. Integrating IOT allows direct data input using the sensors attached to equipment.
  • Allows you to create maintenance schedules and equipment usage thresholds (time when maintenance activities should be triggered). Templates can be created for different equipment categories so that schedules can be easily attached to new equipment. It also allows you to generate planned orders for upcoming maintenance and plan and maintain inspection schedules.

  • You will be able to attach and follow resources and technicians to maintenance/planned orders and get a graphical view of resource allocation. Assign technicians based on their skill sets and availability which can be checked in the technician calendar that is integrated with leave requests/employee calendar to ensure availability.
